​Friend For Life: End User License Agreement ("EULA")
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA") CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE FRIEND FOR LIFE MOBILE APPLICATION ("APP"). BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE APP, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS EULA.

1. Introduction
Friend For Life ("we," "us," or "our") provides the App, a mobile application that allows users to connect and arrange playdates for their pets. This EULA governs your access to and use of the App.

2. License Grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a single mobile device owned by you. You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the App.

3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. You agree to be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content
You are responsible for all content you post or upload to the App ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to post or upload User Content and that such User Content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your User Content in connection with the App.

5. Pet Requirements
a. Age and Health: You may only create a profile for a pet that is fully vaccinated and of a healthy age suitable for social interaction.
b. Breed Restrictions: Certain breeds may be restricted from using the App due to local regulations or insurance limitations. We reserve the right to update the list of restricted breeds at any time.

6. User Conduct
You agree to use the App in a lawful and respectful manner. You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Harm or threaten others.

Transmit any content that is hateful, discriminatory, or obscene.

Disrupt the flow of the App or engage in any behavior that may damage the App or its servers.

Impersonate any person or entity.

Collect or store personal information about other users without their consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE APP IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability
WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to your use of the App or your violation of this EULA.

10. Termination
We may terminate this EULA and your access to the App at any time, with or without cause.

11. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of your home country, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

12. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and agreements, whether oral or written.

13. Updates
We may update this EULA from time to time. By continuing to use the App after we post any updates, you agree to be bound by the updated EULA.
